Chef James Brun of Grounded Table will cook for us and share his ethos for seasonal, sustainable local ingredients representing flavours of the sea and the woodlands. Celebrating what mother nature provides, in its purest form. James’ food menu is £65 per person. In addition, our carefully chosen wine pairing, at £20 per person, is the perfect complement to your meal and highly recommended. We will guide you through the wine pairing sip by sip. If you prefer, you may also select from our wine list, which will be charged accordingly. Places are limited so early booking is advised.
